You approve every change
When an AI wants to change something, like pausing a campaign or changing a daily budget, Rodinia saves it as a suggestion. Nothing happens to your account until you tap Approve. We email you right away so you don't miss it. Suggestions you approve in the dashboard wait up to 24 hours. If you approve in a chat, they expire after 30 minutes so old ideas can't be used later.
One switch stops everything
The "AI access" switch at the top of your dashboard turns off every AI connection to your brand at once. While it's off, every request is refused until you turn it back on.
Your keys are locked
Rodinia never asks for your passwords. When you connect an app, we save its access key using AES-256 encryption, the same kind banks use. The AI never sees your keys. It asks Rodinia for numbers, and Rodinia fetches them for it. When you disconnect an app, its saved key is deleted.
You can see every step
The live view shows every request the moment it happens, and you can tap any line to see exactly what was sent. We keep this history for 180 days.
Protection from hidden instructions
Sometimes an email, an ad comment or a product description contains hidden text meant to trick an AI into doing something. This is called a prompt injection. Rodinia protects you in two ways. First, AI can only suggest changes, so a trick can never change your accounts without you. Second, we tell every AI to treat what it reads from your apps as information, never as orders.
Rodinia Lab and Night Watch
Lab tests are changes like any other: you approve each one first, and you can undo it later. Night Watch only reads your numbers and writes a report. It never changes anything by itself.
Who helps us run Rodinia
We use trusted companies to run the service: Supabase (database and servers), Netlify (website), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (answers for Ask Rodinia), Resend (alert emails) and Klaviyo (our newsletter). Each one only gets what it needs to do its job. Read our Privacy Policy for the details.
Deleting your data
Disconnect any app in one tap. To delete your whole account and everything in it, email us and we'll take care of it.
