Terms of Service

Effective October 13, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you (and the business you represent) and Rodinia ("Rodinia", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Rodinia, you agree to them.

The service

Rodinia connects your business accounts (such as ad platforms, stores, email and accounting tools) to AI assistants you choose, and gives you a dashboard to see and control what those assistants read and change.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms on behalf of your business.
• Keep your login and connector links private. Anyone with a connector link can use the workspace it belongs to; revoke links you no longer trust.
• You are responsible for activity in your account and for the people you invite.

Your connected accounts and AI assistants

• You confirm you are authorized to connect each platform account you add.
• Your use of each connected platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and policies, including its advertising policies.
• AI assistants can make mistakes. Rodinia shows you every proposed change and applies it only after it is approved, but you are responsible for reviewing and approving changes, including budget and campaign changes, and for the results.
• Reports and figures come from the connected platforms and may differ from each platform's own dashboard because of attribution, timing or currency. Verify important numbers before relying on them.

Acceptable use

Don't use Rodinia to break the law, violate any platform's terms, access accounts you aren't authorized to use, interfere with or reverse-engineer the service, or resell it without our written permission.

Plans, billing and cancellation

• Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Fees already paid are not refunded except where required by law.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

Your data

You own your data. You give us permission to process it only to provide Rodinia, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Rodinia running reliably, but it may occasionally be unavailable, and connected platforms may change or restrict their services. We may add, change or remove features over time.

Disclaimers

Rodinia is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Rodinia does not provide financial, legal or advertising advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Rodinia will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, advertising spend or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Rodinia in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Rodinia and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms or put the service or others at risk.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, and disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we will notify you before they take effect. Continuing to use Rodinia after that means you accept the updated terms.
